Dipl. Ing. Ingo Hild, responsible for automotive plants Schwabmünchen and Bruntal (Czech Republic). Studied Electrical Engineering at University of Ulm. Worked for Procter and Gamble and Bosch. Started 2002 at OSRAM to design fully automated high-speed machines for Automotive Head Lamp Production. Is leading the plant Schwabmünchen within disruptive change from a traditional to a high-tech plant by digitalization / automation and by using the lean principles.
